Website Usability

Usability can Make or Break your Website

Usability is the relationship between users and their tools. A tool must able the user to do his/her job efficiently and accomplish their tasks in the best way possible. This also applies to websites, if the website is not structured properly then the user only needs to click a button and the site is gone.

A well structured website is easy to use, thus meaning that the user finds it easy to navigate around it.

Nearly everyone that uses the Internet will at some stage or another search for something with a Search Engine, this means that they have hundreds maybe even thousands of websites to choose from.

As soon as they click on a result the page is shown, at this stage usability comes into action.

How long does your page take to load, most users look at a side and look for the main points eg. Headlines, Bold text, if they dont find what they are looking for straight away and it has taken a long time to load then they press their "Back Button" and they go onto someone elses site.

We can help you find out if and what you are doing wrong and help you to increase your website usability.
